Colin knows that everything in life tells a story and he has been telling the story of the beverage industry since the early 2000’s. He is an expert on the multitude of diverse stories and nuances world spirits have to offer, is a seasoned beverage program consultant, an award winning cocktail menu architect, and was a familiar face behind the bar as manager at a number of prestigious restaurants including Melbas on the Park, West, Pourhouse, and Blue Water Café.

Originally from Niagara Claire has always been an avid traveler, so it is no surprise that she discovered her passion for the beverage industry while living in Tasmania. Claire has worked at breweries, wineries and distilleries here in Canada and overseas for many years. Her pursuit of higher education in this field brought her back to Canada when she attended the Post Graduate program at George Brown, Advanced Beverage and Wine Business Management.
With this amazing experience under her belt she continued to travel and moved into Management in the hospitality industry. After enhancing her leadership and problem-solving skills Claire found herself back in Toronto where she assisted in opening of 3 restaurants in than less 2 years.
All of this combined with Claire’s Diploma in Theatre Arts from Fanshawe College made the her uniquely qualified for her current role. Claire couldn’t be happier combining all of her passions, education and background to be a Portfolio Consultant with Corby here in Ontario.
