Creating your own bottle of ginger-infused J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe takes this drink recipe to the next level.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. J.P. Wiser’s Apple
- 1 oz. Ginger Infused J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe
- 0.25 oz. Lime Juice
- 5 oz. Ginger Beer
- 5 Dashes Angostura bitters
- Apple Slice Garnish
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
Create a J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe Ginger Infusion (see below). Combine with other ingredients in glass with ice, stir, and serve.
What you need
- Highball glass
- Spoon

Ginger Infusion: Remove 2 oz. of whisky from full J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe bottle and insert 0.25 cups of thinly sliced ginger. Let it rest for a day. Ginger can stay in infusion, but is best removed after 15 days.
