As a practicing Jew, I go off all grains annually for Passover, and give up my scotch whiskey drinking for 8 days. Wisers 18, as pure corn allows me a marvelous dram for the course of the holiday. Takes VERY little water, smooth and tasty although not as complex as a scotch-style whiskey.

Such a nice surprise , I’ve only ever enjoyed single malts and often turned up my nose at blended. This has changed my view , smooth as smoothness , flavoursome rich and intriguing like an indulgent whethers original X
